Return & Exchange Policy – Coco and Romane

At Coco and Romane (www.cocoromane.com), we’re happy to help with size issues or defects—please read our policy below for full details.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • There is a size mismatch (measurement issue)

To proceed, you’ll need to courier the product back to us.
Please use a reliable courier service to avoid delays or loss.

Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll receive a ₹100 discount coupon (per order/parcel) as a token for covering your shipping cost—provided the item meets our exchange conditions.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products that are correctly delivered and undamaged.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect or mismatched item

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 📧 coconromane@gmail.com.
In such cases, we will issue either:

  • A 100% refund, or

  • A store credit, valid for a lifetime, as per your choice.

Important Notes

  • No returns, replacements, or refunds for correctly delivered items.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • The ₹100 shipping coupon is valid only on eligible exchange cases.
